Anti – Ragging / Discipline Committee

DAV College Sadhaura is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, disciplined, and student-friendly campus environment. The Anti-Ragging / Discipline Committee works to promote awareness about the prohibition of ragging and to support the maintenance of discipline in the College in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Basic functions of the Committee may include:

• Creating awareness among students about the prohibition of ragging
• Informing students about applicable anti-ragging rules and regulations
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and disciplined campus environment
• Receiving and addressing complaints related to ragging and indiscipline, as applicable
• Taking appropriate steps in accordance with prescribed rules and procedures
• Organizing awareness and sensitization activities
• Guiding students regarding expected standards of conduct
• Maintaining relevant records and documentation, wherever required

The Committee endeavours to prevent ragging and promote discipline, mutual respect, dignity, and a positive academic environment for all students in accordance with applicable institutional and regulatory provisions.

Constitution of the Committee:
The Committee is constituted by the College from time to time in accordance with applicable UGC regulations, University guidelines, and institutional requirements.
