YOGA CLUB

DAV College Sadhaura established a Yoga Club in college in August, 2023 as per the direction of the Govt. of India. Aim of this club is to promote the holistic well-being through the practice of yoga. Open to students of all levels, the club offers regular yoga sessions led by experienced instructors, providing opportunities for physical exercise, stress relief, and mental relaxation. Members engage in various yoga techniques, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation, to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. By fostering a supportive community and encouraging self-care practices, the Yoga Club enriches the college experience and promotes a balanced lifestyle.
